Embark GCOI: "Our genetic COI measures the proportion of your dog's genome where the genes on the dam’s side are identical by descent to those on the sire’s side."

Optimal Selection GCOI: I was not able to find information about the one they provide.

Wisdom Panel: I was not able to find information.

MyDogDNA: I was not able to find information.

A GCOI is usually more accurate than a pedigree based COI for many reasons. Comparing GCOI and COI results is very interesting and so far, they are not very different in most cases.

DNA: If your Mudi has been DNA tested in any way, with any DNA lab, then you are welcome to post their name and DNA test results here or give a link to where they can be viewed.
